dogadamycie.pl places great importance to the protection of privacy and security of its customers, contractors and partners, including Customers who are users of our Customer Account, as well as Translators, through strictly observing the principles set out in this Privacy and Cookies Policy, the Terms of Service for providing translation services at www.dogadamycie.pl, while undertaking to protect the data of persons using www.dogadamycie.pl in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter: GDPR.

This Privacy and Cookies Policy regulates the principles of processing personal data, collecting and using information about customers, contractors and partners of dogadamycie.pl, including Users, Customers and Translators using the services of dogadamycie.pl and the dogadamycie.pl domain. All terms used in the Terms of Service on dogadamycie.pl have the same meaning in this Privacy Policy.

Basis for personal data processing

The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order for dogadamycie.pl to provide its services, including through the www.dogadamycie.pl Website. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to provide services, including via the www.dogadamycie.pl Website. The Provision of data listed in the Terms of Service is necessary to effectively conclude an Agreement with dogadamycie.pl within the scope of services provided via the www.dogadamycie.pl Website and data described in the Terms of Service relating to the Customer’s payment for services provided by dogadamycie.pl with a payment card.

  • Article 6 (1)(f) of GDPR for direct marketing purposes, including the sending of newsletters due to the legitimate interest of dogadamycie.pl;
  • Article 6 (1)(f) of GDPR for the purpose of profiling Users, Customers and Translators in the form of profiling in order to best tailor its services to their preferences. dogadamycie.pl does not make automated decisions in relation to Users and Customers on the basis of profiling as referred to in Article 22 (1) and (4) of GDPR;
  • Article 6 (1)(f) of GDPR for the purpose of processing complaints, investigation and defence in the event of the occurrence of mutual claims – the legal basis for data processing is the legally justified interest of dogadamycie.pl;
  • Article 6 (1)(f) of GDPR in order to answer a question submitted through a contact form, as well as for analytical, statistical and ICT security purposes related to the website.

Personal data recipients

As stated in Article 28 of GDPR, the Controller may entrust the processing of personal data to other entities.

The recipients of the personal data processed by dogadamycie.pl are as follows:

  2. Transaltors.

The scope of personal data processing

The data will be stored for at least the duration of the agreement and the provision of Services using the dogadamycie.pl Website.

Dogadamycie.pl will store the personal data of the Customer and the Translators who has not registered an account at dogadamycie.pl until the expiration of the limitation period for claims resulting from the concluded agreement or for the period required by separate regulations in relation to tax and accounting obligations – whichever period ends later, and in the case of a registered Customer – until the Customer expresses the will to delete the account in the dogadamycie.pl domain, but no less than until the expiration of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded agreement or the period required by separate regulations on tax and accounting obligations – whichever ends later.

After this date, the customer’s personal data will be processed by dogadamycie.pl on the basis of Article 6 (1)(f) of GDPR, i.e. for purposes arising from the legitimate interest of dogadamycie.pl for the purposes of direct marketing.

Rights of data subjects

Subjects whose personal data are processed have the right to demand from dogadamycie.pl access to their personal data, their rectification, deleting or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability.

Any subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data relating to him or her based on Article 6 (1)(f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions. Dogadamycie.pl will no longer be allowed to process these personal data unless it demonstrates that there is a legitimate interest for the processing which override the interest, rights and freedoms of the data subjects or grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.

Where personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing, the relevant subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to him/her for such marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.

If the processing of personal data by dogadamycie.pl takes place on the basis of the consent referred to in Article 6 (1)(a) of GDPR, the subject whose personal data is processed has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The subject whose personal data is processed by dogadamycie.pl has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the provisions of GDPR.

Cookies provide statistical data on the traffic of the above-mentioned entities at the www.dogadamycie.pl Website and their use of the individual pages of the Website in order, among other things, to adapt the content and services to the individual needs and interests of the users of the www.dogadamycie.pl Website and to speed up data transfer.

    a) 6 (1)(c) of GDPR, i.e. where the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation of the employer, including in relation to the fulfilment of obligations imposed by Article 22(1) section 1 of the Labour Code.
    b) 6 (1)(a) of GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the consent given for the purposes set out each time in the consent forms provided,
    c) 6(1)(a) of GDPR. 1(b) of GDPR – to take action at the request of the data subject before entering into a agreement.
  5. The recipients of the data are authorised employees of the Controller, entities to whom the personal data must be provided in order to comply with a legal obligation, as well as entities to whom the data will be entrusted to fulfil the purposes of the processing.
  6. Your personal data will be stored until the end of the recruitment process, unless you consent to its processing for further recruitment processes.
  7. You have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, rectify or delete it or restrict data processing, as well as the right to data portability.
  8. In the case of data processed on the basis of the consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, if you consider that the processing of your personal data by the Controller violates the provisions on the protection of personal data.
  10. The provision of your data is voluntary, but the consequence of failing to provide the required data – as defined by the Labour Code – will prevent you from taking part in the recruitment.
